Principal, Lead Teacher and Safeguarding Lead
Miss eve
Eve is a highly accomplished dance and performing arts educator with over 22 years of personal training and eight years’ experience teaching across all age groups and abilities. She holds a Level 3 CTEC in Performing Arts, a Level 3 qualification in Drama, and a BA (Hons) degree with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). She is currently completing her Level 4 Diplomas with ISTD and NATD, further strengthening her technical and vocational expertise. Originally trained with the BTDA, Eve has performed in professional productions, choreographed pantomimes, and appeared on respected stages nationwide.
As Principal and Lead Teacher, Eve provides strategic and creative direction across the school. She oversees curriculum development, maintains rigorous technical standards, and supports the artistic progression of every student. In her role as Safeguarding Lead, she ensures a secure, inclusive, and professionally governed environment. Her combined experience in performance, pedagogy, and leadership underpins a culture of excellence, ambition, and creativity throughout the school.

Admin and Deputy Safeguarding Lead
Miss dee
Miss Dee, who has successfully led a local sports club for the past five years, plays a key role in the strategic and operational management of the school. She oversees administration, supports safeguarding procedures, and ensures all policies are implemented consistently and compliantly across the staff team. First aid trained, she prioritises student welfare and makes certain that all staff certifications and training requirements remain current and in line with school standards.
In addition, Miss Dee supports parents throughout the enrolment process, providing clear communication and guidance to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Her leadership, organisational expertise, and attention to compliance bring reliability, structure, and reassurance to every aspect of school life.

GCSE Dance and Drama Tutor

Miss Maisy holds a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies, a PGCE in Education with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and a Master’s in Education, bringing substantial academic depth and pedagogical expertise to the school. Her training provides a strong foundation in child development, curriculum understanding, assessment practice, and inclusive education.
Working within the curriculum framework, Miss Maisy delivers the academic and written components of GCSE Dance and GCSE Drama. She contributes to planning and ensures lessons are academically rigorous, supporting students in developing a secure understanding of theoretical frameworks, critical analysis, choreography evaluation, performance interpretation, and examination technique. She explicitly teaches subject-specific terminology, extended writing structure, and assessment objectives, enabling students to produce high-quality coursework and confident, well-structured exam responses.
In addition, Miss Maisy supports students completing Teaching Assistant qualifications, guiding them through written assignments, portfolio evidence, and awarding body criteria. Her analytical approach, attention to academic standards, and clarity of instruction ensure students are well prepared for moderation and external assessment.
Her expertise strengthens the academic integrity of the school’s provision, ensuring students are intellectually prepared, articulate, and examination-ready.

Creative & Media Designer

Miss Taryn leads the school’s creative design and visual branding, shaping its artistic identity across costumes, uniforms, logos, social media graphics, website imagery, and promotional materials. Her work ensures a cohesive, professional aesthetic that reflects the school’s energy and standards.
Drawing inspiration directly from the music and scripts selected for performances, Miss Taryn develops costume concepts that enhance storytelling, mood, and choreographic intention. She carefully considers tone, era, texture, and colour palette to ensure each design complements the movement and elevates the overall production value.
She also delivers summer art workshops, where students contribute ideas and explore visual concepts that often influence future show designs. By encouraging creative collaboration, she empowers students to see how visual artistry and performance intertwine, strengthening the school’s creative vision both on and off the stage.

Early Years Holiday Coach
Miss izzy
Miss Izzy has been dancing since the age of two and is currently completing her Level 3 Dance qualification with Ignite Dance. As our Early Years Holiday Coach, she brings warmth, energy, and imagination to every session, creating a nurturing and engaging environment where our youngest dancers can flourish.
She leads engaging early years workshops during the school holidays, designing sessions that blend creativity, storytelling, music, and movement to build coordination, confidence, and a genuine love of dance. Alongside this, Miss Izzy choreographs our early years competition and show routines, crafting age-appropriate pieces that are both technically progressive and full of personality. Her choreography focuses on strong foundations, performance quality, and developing stage confidence from the very beginning.
You will often see Miss Izzy featured in our promotional materials, reflecting her vibrant presence within the school community. Having previously performed alongside Miss Eve, she understands the school’s standards and ethos, modelling enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity in every aspect of her work.
