Enrolment in classes and workshops requires payment to secure a place. Class fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, as outlined in our Refund Policy. Students are expected to attend punctually, follow teacher instructions, and behave respectfully. JDPA reserves the right to remove students from classes if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate. Parents/guardians must provide accurate information, including emergency contacts and any medical or accessibility requirements. JDPA cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings brought to classes or events.
JDPA prioritises the safety and wellbeing of all students. All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding. Uniform, shoes, and equipment purchases are subject to the Refund Policy and must be handled appropriately. Participation in classes and events is at your own risk. Personal data is collected and used in line with our Privacy Policy, and we may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or enrolment in classes constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
